Possible study resource for 70-685 exam

I was wondering if anyone has used the Microsoft official academic course book as a study resource for the 685? exam.Microsoft Official Academic Course: 70-685 Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician, Revised and Expanded 1e - null Microsoft Official Academic Course.

In researching materials for this exam, this book never comes up. It is a bit pricey, but u can also purchase lab manuals as well as online lab access to Microsoft for practice. I guess the price is probably too much for the average person, but it is also the most current info I could find being published in 2011. Can anyone advise?
