70-680 vs 70-410

I am a desktop engineer looking to get into server work, so I'm thinking of taking the (or at least some of) the MCSA 2012. I am unsure as I have very little experience in server work and am wondering about the difficulty of the exams, or the server experience required (I know MS recommends a year). I am nearly finished the 70-680 , so I'm wondering if someone could give me a better idea by comparing the difficulty of the 70-410 or even the 411 to the 70-680 , that has taken me about 2 months constant study. Is it possible to pass without much server experience.

I also built my own 2012 virtual server so seeing some of the stuff helped.
As for the 70-680, I passed watching Professor Messer videos and reading MCTS Self-Paced Training Kit (Exam 70-680): Configuring Windows 7 [With DVD ROM], Thomas, Orin: Computing & Internet : Walmart.com
I did not find either exam that difficult and passed both with the first attempt. Having help desk experience really helped also.
Pretty rough exam. Would really help if I had some extended experience managing stuff like Group Policy and other things.
Yeah see like I said before it all depends on what you know because to me 410 was harder than 411 for some reason.
