Scoresheet Advice: 70-685

Hi all,
Very quick question. A co-worker of mine recent took the 70-685 and received a score of 665. After I reviewed the score sheet, I feel the score doesn't reflect the performance on the individual sections. (please see attached image) The only 'weak-ish' section is "Identifying Cause of and Resolving Security Issues". Furthermore, this section only consists of 10-15% of the exam whereas the other strong areas are more heavily weighted at 20-25%. Do you think he has a case to appeal his score and get it re-evaluated?
Kind regards,
Jon.

I see your point. I know the scores aren't based on percentages but a comparison against a predefined cut score. It's just I've had scores of 800+ with worse looking score sheets. -
