How to upgrade the image of a WS-SVC-FWM-1?

What are the steps needed to upgrade the image on a WS-SVC-FWM-1?

I'm trying to go from 3.1(5) to 3.2.(5). This blade is in a 6500e chassis with just a sup7203b 12.2(33) no configurations were made except for the ip address on sup engine interface to connect to my computer. I looked at the cisco docs and its real confusing I'm not sure how to configure an interface on the FWM blade to ping the tftp server.
