Is N+ All-in-One 04 edition much different then 05 edition?

Hi.. I just noticed I made a huge blunder on ebay. The guy had a picture of the 3rd edition (2005) and said 3rd edtion in his description. Lower down though he stated it was the 2nd edtion which I didn't notice. So anyway, quesion is.. does anyone know if much has changed in editions? Should the 2nd edition be sufficient for my studying?
Btw, I also bought the $7.00 technotes off this site. Hopefully that will be enough for me to pass it with this book.

I would at least make sure you are familiar with the new objectives. The Technotes from this site are a great resource to have as well.i remain, he who remains to be....

So I take it the objectives recently changed? Do they change alot? I know the A+ hasn't changed since 2003.Going to slowly study for 290. Baby due in May.
