Cisco Cert Blueprints Include Weighted Percents
rowelld
Have you guys noticed that Cisco now publishes the weight percentage of each subdomain topic of a blue print? I haven't seen it recently and I don't know when Cisco started doing it. At least it helps us determine which areas we should put more studying towards.

That is definitely relatively new. It should definitely help people focus their studies. Would hate to see people neglect some of the lower percentage categories though and end up failing!

It also gives slightly more detail on what will be included on the exam. Awesome.

I think it will depend on the exam. For example, I compared the last blueprint I had for CCNP SWITCH with the new blueprint but only noticed on change. Either way, it's a good change. Percentages and clarity.

Very nice! Maybe people will stop asking on the forums "How much X is there in Y exam" X = Random Protocol/Technology Acronym and Y = Random Cisco Exam.
