Net+ Exam Environment

Hi, who has already passed the Network+ exam?

I'd like to know what the exam experience is like. I've studying videos and taking Transcender practice tests. Is the actual test much different from the Transcender tests I'm taking now?

Further note: The reason I ask, is because I'm studying CBT right now. They are helping a great deal, but when I take the Transcender exam, it seems that some of the information I need in the Transcender exam isn't being covered in the CBT nuggets. I just downloaded the TechNotes (they look great) so further study, but I guess I'm nervous about taking the exam, and failing after studying for a long-time.
