Whats next??

Currently I am a MCSA certified on 2000 and wondered if the next best move would be to pursue the upgrade exam to get my MCSA 2003 or should I go Cisco CCNA??

Depends on what you want to do? you could try both

Agreed. If you're leaning towards system administration, go for M$. If you want to get more into networking, check out CCNA. I mean, if you had extra vouchers and the time to study, the upgrade is only two exams. If I were in your shoes, I would go for CCNA and a better job, then upgrade when I had more relevent experience.
