Hi Everyone,
I am looking for some help on what the best path would be to reach my goals. I would like to work as a Systems Administrator and move into management. I'd like to also do training for end users and other IT people. I am working on my Bachelor's degree in Business - IT Management, but am not sure that is the best degree for this. I have A+, Sec+, Apple Certified Technician, Microsoft Network Essentials, so far.
Would a CS degree be better? What certifications would be good? I know certified trainer certifications are good, but I need to get the core certifications first.
Thank you for your thoughts and assistance!
Oh, currently working in desktop support, have been desktop support/server administrator, field technician, help desk, 5 years in field.
