Someone sent me this earlier, but looks like Amazon is now selling virtual desktops as part of AWS. Looks like they're Windows 7 based & come in a variety of levels. The cheapest is $35 bucks a month for a fully functioning desktop. Very interesting. Link below.

dagwood1990 Member Posts: 5 ■□□□□□□□□□Just to clarify the Amazon offering is not really Windows 7, but actually a Windows 2008 R2 server skinned (desktop experience) to look like Windows 7. This is mainly because of MS licensing policies regarding VDI and that they can pay for a service provider license of server for around 3:50 a month to take care of the OS.
