About starting carrier in network security..

i am doing B.E(E&C)..i decided to go network security field..i dont hav much information about it,..From where i can start..either from CCNA or CEH or from security+..what is diff. betwn these.?is ther opportunities in net. security field..?..if i get ccna from cisco then can i move to ec council to get ceh..?
