CWNA Exam

I have taken a few other certs before and now looking to take the CWNA.
I see from the cwnp website that a candidate cannot mark a question or go back to review a question in the exam. What I would like to know is if a question has multiple answers is it stated in the question? Is there instruction like select two answers or is it that the candidate must determine how many of the options are correct?
Thanks,
