how to place a nids before the boundary router?
Is this possible on a home network? I'm currently running on AT&T Uverse and i'd like to get some IDS' on my home network. How can I do this?

Right now i'm thinking on will be in a logical DMZ created by the uverse router. the other will be behind an ASA on my internal LAN to look for actual risks to my network.
