Gotcha! And after viewing the attachment, you'll see that nothing could be further from the truth. That's right guys, it's another lame 'critique my resume' request. If you have a min or two, please take a gander and rip it apart for me. Thanks!

Brief scan thru and it looks good to me. One part that's confusing - you've worked 2 job simultaneously since June?

Edit: And maybe put your education into the same format as your work experience section.
    Goals for 2018:
Certs: RHCSA, LFCS: Ubuntu, CNCF CKA, CNCF CKAD | AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect Pro, AWS Certified Security Specialist, GCP Professional Cloud Architect
Learn: Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus & Golang | Improve: Docker, Python Programming
    To-do | In Progress | Completed

Can you consolidate Help Desk tech and Help Desk tech 2. Your first two jobs starting in 2011 are very short term efforts. I would consider consolidating Help desk tech in just help desk tech 2, 9/11 - end date would look better IMO.

Also are you currently working both jobs?

Both excellent suggestions. The T2 help desk spot should have an end date of jun 2013. That was a typo. Thanks guys!

It looks pretty good to me. The summary seems a bit wordy to me. Back in the day I would have put something there called an "Objective" rather than a "Summary", with a one, or two, sentence saying something like "Seeking an advanced IT role that will present opportunities to use, and enhance my skills....." However, resumes are a bit subjective anyway. If I were looking at your resume I'd probably talk to you.

In an interview I'd advise to be ready for questions about all your short-term work. It's not uncommon in IT, so I don't view it as an issue, but I could see an HR rep, or manager, kinda digging a little deeper to make sure you aren't actually getting booted, or leaving, jobs because you're difficult to work with. Have reasons ready to answer those types of questions.

Finally, if you project being done with your Associates in March, be sure that is a pretty realistic goal, and not fluff to impress. If you're almost degreed I think that's fine to have on there. I once interviewed a guy who put his degree with a projected date of completion, but upon me asking a couple questions about it he revealed that he actually hadn't been to class in a year, or two. I was not impressed that he was actually going to finish by his projection date given that he wasn't even attending class at that time. I imagine you're actively in class, and near completion. If you were on some type of long-term break, and are just starting back, and it may be a year, or so, before your degreed then I'd leave it off until you're closer. :) That experience sticks in my mind, obviously.
