test lab 70-410 problem? adding DC

has anyone run into the below, i am trying to add a DC to an existing forest.

"verification of user credential permissions failed. you have not supplied user credentials that belong to the domain group or the
enterprise admins group"

Are you adding a DC to an existing domain (the forest root)? or creating a new child domain under the forest root?

Is your forest root administrator account in the Domain Admins or Enterprise Admins groups in AD Users & Computers?

So the account your using to add a new domain controller is a domain admin?

ya sure, i was not loging in with the wrong credentials. i was using domain rather than admin credentials.
