What should I know about Active Directory in order to get an entry level job?

During my degree I didn't learn anything about server administration, and hence, anything about AD.
Looking for entry level jobs, most of the ones that are not related to programming require some sort of knowledge of Active Directory.
So, in your opinion, what should I know about AD (usage, theory I know already) prior to apply to these kind of positions?

Check my 70-410, 70-411, 70-412 threads for TechNet articles - the most useful items will be under the Active Directory & Group Policy headings. I don't know if you just want to learn it and not do the exams but getting CBT Nuggets / Pluralsight can help with practical usage too.
Sharing files and folders and permissions tends to be on the client exams but you'd need to know that too.
Hope this helps. -
