Free Professor Messer videos...Any good?

Has anyone used these, and if so, what do you think of them? I have all my CompTIA study guides, and am wondering if these are a good choice to supplement my reading with. Thanks!

I would recommend them. I used his videos to help with my 70-680 studies and they were great.

After I finish reading a chapter I will watch his videos that pertain to that area. Just helps to reinforce the concepts. If I understand everything he is saying then I know that I know the information.

Prof. Messer is great! His A+ and Net+ videos deliberately line up with the exam objectives, line by line, to a T. Highly recommended!

I finished my run-through of Darril Gibson's book for Security+ / took notes on all of the objectives a few days ago. Now I am half way through the Messer videos and am very satisfied. They reinforce content from Gibson's book, expand on some topics a bit, and cover (in a general sense) all of the objectives for the exam.

I recommend the Professor Messer videos for A+, Net+, and Sec+. I watched some of the videos, if it was a domain or area I was having some difficulty understanding, he explains things pretty well. If you are going for the windows 7 exam, he has the 70-680 videos available. I do also recommend supplementing the videos with books, and whatever other training material as well.

I just found out about the Messer N+ videos thanks to this thread. I have a Mike Meyers N+ certification book but I notice that the Messer video topics are in a different order than my book should I follow the order of the videos or my book ?

The messer videos are in the order of the Net+ objectives, which you can download from the CompTIA site.
