Official VMware Training - From Pakistan?

VMware Training - Find a Class

I've been checking the VMware site for training and there is a huge price difference between the US and Pakistani courses... are these the same course just with different prices and starting times? Or are they different instructors?

For instance:

VMware vSphere: Optimize and Scale [V5.1] - $4495 (US Online Price)
VMware vSphere: Optimize and Scale [V5.1] - $1130 (Pakistani Online Price)

VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage [V5.5] - $3845 (US Online Price)
VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage [V5.5] - $960 (Pakistani Online Price)

Anybody got any idea if these are one and and the same courses? They are both in English according to the VMware site. It's just they would start at 4am my time which is inconvenient but I can't find any US community colleges that do Optimize & Scale online.

Just investigating my options!

They are different instructors. Timings are for the Indian Subcontinent.

I also intend to do the Optimize and Scale once I am done with the VCP this April.

The design workshop class is also pretty cheap when compared to the International prices.

I assume they will check your credentials before registering you for the class !

No community college does the optimize and scale class. Checked already !

Thanks mate! I was thinking with it being a live course they might be different instructors alright...

Have you gone through the official VMware training before? Thanks for the heads up on the design workshop too - $680 in India. Edit - my bad, forgot it's in a classroom! That rules that out.

I was wondering if there might be a problem with them letting me on the course - I guess I'll find out soon enough if I go this route!
