Anyone know of a good Enterprise Password Manager?

As the title says, I'm looking for a good Enterprise Password Manager. It has to fulfill the following requirements:

1. Be able to automagically change domain account passwords. This would be used for service accounts.
2. Audit account passwords to make sure they conform to company standards
3. Be reasonably priced.

Anyone know of a good one?

I used to use Quest (now Dell) Password Manager. Easy to use product and had great SEIM integration with Active Roles and Intrust.
