How to config NAT?

hi,
assume the HSRP structure with 2 Routers which get internet,both routers connect to 2 Switch layer 3 , and switch layer 3 connect to 2 Switch layer 2 ,and totally we have 4 vlan's
if I want to config NAT+DHCP:
1-is it true I config NAT in 2 Routers for 4 vlan's ;
2-again is it true config DHCP in 1 router or one of the Switch Layer 3 ;
please Help me:
