Where can I find a pre-terminated CAT5 ethernet jack?

Hey everyone,
Long story short I need a CAT5 Keystone Jack with CAT attached to it at certain lengths.
I know I can buy them separately getting one of those for a remote location would be simpler than having them attempt to terminate it.
I think I remember sing the jack with the terminated CAT5 before but am having trouble finding it. If you find one could you please share a link with me?
