Which is better to study for and test for 1st?
I only have a little experience in both subjects but none in MVC.

Are they both about the same level of difficulty?

I know we discussed this via PM, but I figure I would include it here for completeness.

Really it depends on your background. If you have a lot of HTML5 and JavaScript experience the 480 will be pretty easy. If you already do a lot of ASP.NET MVC, then it might be easier to knock out the 486 first.
