Done but with errors

Hi

I have a problem on my network

The pupils/staff cant access hotmail, when they log into their Hotmail account it loads up but it says on bottom left of page "Done but with errors" and clicking on any of the e-mail in the inbox does nothing. But when us administrators log in it works fine and we can read our e-mails. I have looked on the internet for any clues but no one has any real answer or solution to this problem.

Is it a GPO, IE, Hotmail issue or none of these

Can the pupils properly access their Hotmail using an administrator account on your network? If so, you have an IE GPO issue with the pupil and staff groups in your AD.

Chances are, the security settings are too high in IE, for the pupil accounts. Just as jdmurray said, you'll have to fiddle with Group Policy to make sure that your students and staff have the proper ActiveX plugins from Hotmail installed, and all the proper Windows updates, and not to mention the proper access privaledges to actually go to Hotmail. (Or, you could just tell them to stop checking their personal e-mails on company time. LOL)
