Has anyone had an experience of an interview with Amazon?
I had my first phone interview yesterday.... Can someone give me guidance on how many interviews are in total and to expect in the next interviews?
Thanks

But from what I been told I had a friend that worked there and had no complaints about it. He left so he could move back here and be closer to his family. -

They flew me out to Seattle. My interview sessions started around 10 AM. I think I had 5 interviews total.
2 normal interviews, 1 character interview during lunch, and then 2 more after lunch.
I interviewed for a position as a sr systems engineer. I was up front and told them that I did not have much experience coding. One interviewer acknowledged this and still asked me coding questions anyway. I think they do this do put you out of your comfort zone and see how you would react in a situation.
I had a pretty positive experience, but I ended up turning the position down. -

Be passionate, know your ****, leadership principals and research the company. If you're in person it means you are being considered amongst a global pool of workers, it's terrifying and glorifying.
