Any ideas on this issue with Group Policy not being pushed out?
Hey guys, I am fairly new to server 2008 R2 and group policy, so I am hoping someone can help me out.
I have a bunch of users in a OU that have desktop shortcuts pushed out to them. They are sites for health and other work related information. Well, HR asked me to add another shortcut to the desktop. I go into Group Policy and copy one of the other desktop shortcuts. I did the rename to the site they want it to and applied the change.
I've waited days and the icon does not show up on their desktop. I went out and did a gpupdate /force, but still no luck. I read online about running a results report, which I did one on of the users and computers that user is logged into, however, the output says 'No Errors Found'.
Not sure what other information I should include, again, I am new to this so any input is appreciated.
