Career Advice for goals of moving up to a Senior or Manager title

Hi,

I need some career advice to advance my career.

Here is my resume:

Education
Bachelor degree in Business Administration Information Systems

Masters in Science - Information Systems

Cloud certificate (learned basics of Chief, AWS, Windows Azure, Digital Ocean)

Work Experience
2 years experience working on a systems project (SAP) doing QA.

2 years of IT Auditing (1 of those years in a QA role for a systems project (Peoplesoft) for the company)

2 years of being the Security Liaison for my agency for Peoplesoft access and IT Admin for 3 applications for my agency. I perform yearly re-certifications for all of our systems.


I'm 28 years old and I'm eager to improve myself even more. I just don't know exactly how to do it. It seems my career is moving in a Security direction.

Should I go for the CISA or CISSP exam? Is there something you recommend to improve my knowledge in IT Security?

I would appreciate any advice you guys may have and thank you in advance.
