ISO27001 Lead Implementer - Where to sit an exam only

Hello all,
I am looking to complete my ISO27001 Lead Implementer Exam to compliment my CISSP and CEH qualifications. I am not keen to do a boot camp for this as I believe I can get myself to the required standard to complete the exam. Can anyone suggest how to find somewhere I can sit the exam only and a rough cost, happy to do it in the UK, Belgium or close to Belgium (East France, West Netherlands). Everyone I have approached so far will only offer the exam as part of a 5-day course.
