i've recently graduated from a private technical college, and in getting voucher for 70-270, the finanacial aids officer set me up for 72-270 exam. is there a 72-270, and what(if any) differences between the two?

keatron Member Posts: 1,213 ■■■■■■□□□□The 72 series exams are offered only by AATC (Authorized Academic Training Centers). There is no difference in the exam content, just the price. For example, instead of the regular $125 retail price for XP, it's only $60 via AATC's.
70-272 is an entirely different exam. MCDST.
So to answer your question, yes you are fine, and yes you are registered for the correct exam. When you take 70-290 it will also show up as 72-290 (considering you take it through the same organization).
