Linux/Unix and|or Windows use in Europe and Asia

Folks:
I currently work in the USA as a Linux administrator;however, I have 10 years of Window Service administration. Yet, I am always curiousas to what the tech trends are in other parts of the world.
Do individuals in Europe and Asia (South Korea and Japan predominately)see higher use of Linux/Unix or Windows?

I don't know the answer to this question as I look for Linux/Unix jobs only. I'd focus on other areas like Virtualization, Storage, Backup, and Security to get better jobs.
