Patton IP Channel Bank - Help

In the process of converting my office from analog to voip. Got three Patton ip channel banks for this. Configured 1st patton, hooked up the 66 and punched down first line on sip:01@192.xxx.xx.xxx

Ive toned it out to made sure its terminated correctly but when I try to dial sip:01@192.xxx.xx.xxx from a soft phone the phone doesnt ring like its supposed to. Ive done this before and never had problems.

Any ideas?
