Route Distinguisher and route target
Hi guys,
I refer to the command:
rd 1:1
route-target import 1:1
route-target export 1:1
Am I importing and exporting my own route since it is in the route distinguisher?

The route target is an extended community that can be added to the route, so when you export you add the community, in the case above you add community 1:1, and the import basically says you accept routes with that community, so you would have the remote peer export with 1:1.Networking, sometimes i love it, mostly i hate it.Its all about the $$$$
