I have a question about winnt.exe and winnt32.exe

Performs an installation of or upgrade to Windows 2000. You can run winnt32.exe on Windows 9x, ME, NT, or 2000.

Do we run the winnt32.exe for windows 2000 or do we run the winnt.exe for windows 2000.

please advise.
