Money back on voucher?

Ive been studying for Server 2012 and passed the first exam. I purchased 3 exams at the same time, got a voucher code and still have 2 exams left before June.

Does anyone know if I can get my money back on these exams because certain circumstances mean I cant do them, or have i lost that money?
