Hello everyone. I just registered in the forum.

I am a computer Young , 23, who a couple of months certify in ITIL v3 foundation , with 98 % accuracy . I certify that my boss told me it would be good for me, for the company, and for a possible upgrade.

At first I could not ITIL , but I'm slowly beginning to understand it, and I even like! haha.

Now I want to start with the intermediate level exams . I am very asutado all by what I read forums and internet. I've only two years working in the computer industry , and played no role manager or gestures of any process.

I am studying full time, 8 hours , and I'm afraid to fail at the first examination ( Service Strategy ), which was scheduled for next week .

There is very little documentation in my language , Spanish , so I decided to take the test in English . Do you think it a good idea? Is it as complicated as everyone says ? Is so young to be playing tricks on me ?

Greetings to all, and sorry for my English .
