Please critique my resume

I have been interested in getting into Networking field, starting in a position such as NOC/SOC technician. But I have been looking for such position rather passively (waiting for recruiters to call, etc) due to issues that may arise with relocation and what not. But with the tax money coming in and my apartment's lease expiration coming up soon, I am going to be actively sending out resumes throughout U.S. to get a NOC position. I'll be looking predominantly in areas such as Raleigh or Charlotte NC, northen VA area, or MD/DC area.
Issue with my workplace is that the IT department is dysfunctional and without direction. One example; our IT manager got his position without much of prior IT experience. Company was small until it was bought out by a large company that is on the 500 fortune list. They did not have anyone better to fill the position at the time, so he was elected. I'm not sure if that is entirely true, but that is what one of veterans at my workplace told me. I also do not have any evidence, but I believe one of the worker is stealing laptops, SAS HDDs, and other small things to make few bucks. Things go missing, and he flat out told me that "I wouldn't say anything if one of them was to go missing" when i mentioned that I'd be interested in borrowing one of the out-of-commission switches for my lab. Real sketchy. What really drove me to change my job is that, there was this one guy that just quit without 2 weeks notice. He was constantly coming in late, leaving early, calling in 6 times within the first 2 month of hiring, and generally acting like a IT jerk with big ego. Stealing credits if I do or help with his work, and brown-nosing the IT manager every chance he gets. Now the IT manager is hiring him back, despite the fact that there were two other applicants for the same position. Oh, I was recently converted from temp contract worker to a full-time position, but this was all done in the background. I didn't receive any notification or a chance to negotiate salary, benefits, etc. /b****ing
Anyways, there is not much I can do but to leave, so that is what I'm going to do.
Please help me keep my sanity by critiquing my resume so that I may have a chance at escaping out of this place! Any suggestion is highly appreciated. Thank you.
EDIT: I apologize, I was editing my resume prior to submission, so it came out badly. Please ignore the indentation after the "second company." I realize the mistake and will be adjusted prior to sending the resume in. I also omitted a help desk job between those two jobs, because it was rather short and responsibilities were next to none. Besides that help desk job, I was working non-IT related jobs because I didn't have luck getting them. But I suppose I can explain the employment gap to employers at interview.

I like the way you put the dates on when you achieved your certifications, it gives an impression that you are working your way up.
I'd remove the underline from the dates.
Change "Objective" to "Summary" - see Resumes Dos and Don'ts guide line for getting contacted
Also put in a few lines about your achievements in your current jobs.
You have been in the company since September 2013, that is not a very long time, but the future employer is going to question that.
Why would that future employer choose you?
Are there any high certifications you are looking to obtain in the future that can be of benefit for the employer?
That might be a thing to write.
Example: Studying to become Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) Certification in the near future, a certification that will be a benefit for you as an employer etc. etc.Bachelor of Science in Information Systems

Zomboidicus Member Posts: 105 ■■□□□□□□□□I'm looking to obtain CCNP as soon as I start in a NOC. I'm reading Network Warrior as bridge between CCNA and CCNP, so I could potentially put down "CCNP, Planned for December 2014" or "CCNP, currently in works" or something like that if that is a good idea.
My current role is very much like a help desk job. The way I see is that, there is no need for me to stick with for years just to prove that I can, when employers might be willing to hire me as NOC tech from where I stand now. I have recieved few calls, and I just tell them "I'm looking to apply the knowledge and concepts I gained during my college years studying network security and studying for CCNA" and go on about how I enjoy networking and etc.
Thanks for the input.2016 Certification Goals: Who knows -
Zomboidicus Member Posts: 105 ■■□□□□□□□□I still have to modify my job descriptions but I change the format of my resume. Please let me know how it looks.
I also put Cisco ASA 5505 FW as one of the hardware platforms I have worked on, but this was done on a school lab project and for my CCNA:S. I may have to remove it since I did not do anything with it during the course of my employment.
Thanks.2016 Certification Goals: Who knows -
wallpaper_01 Member Posts: 226 ■■■□□□□□□□I like it, I'm almost in the same position as you. About to read Network Warrior between CCNA & CCNP. My job looks similar to yours. I was not a helpdesk but I am an 'IT Systems Administrator' and I respond to helpdesk issues.
I'm probably going to go for a NOC junior position too so good luck to you. I love 1 page resumes, clear and concise, no bullshit. I don't have much experience on CV's but I like it. -

Thank you, that gives me confidence. Maybe it is ready once I rid of blanket statements from my job description.
Good luck to you as well.2016 Certification Goals: Who knows -
DCD Member Posts: 475 ■■■■□□□□□□Your summary would have me setting it in the circular filing cabinet. You change objective to summary basically. Here is something to point you in the right direction.
As a NOC Technician I have installed and troubleshoot small networks comprising of computers, voip phones and network printers. Additionally I have managed active directory and cisco call manager services.
If you need more room you can remove AWARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS: President’s List, Spring 2011, 2012, 2013, State University
Also take off CCNA Security March 2014 until you get it but you can talk about it in your interview.
