CSI Intermediate - third time lucky...

What a terrible exam. I failed it twice (having pretty much aced every other intermediate (even getting 100% twice)) and had the same paper all 3 times. I've been annoyed enough (even having now passed it) to want to demand to review my 'wrong' answers with the exam committee!
4 of the questions were fine (and all the questions on the practice papers too). But there were 3 specifically that were so ambiguous and had the barest gap between the one that was 'more ITIL' and the one that better matched the case study/answer.
Anyway, therapy over, I've passed it now and have MALC in 2 weeks. Hopefully I'll get that one in 2 attempts or fewer...
