Advice on the tool to be used

My institution keeps on opening new stations and as results we are having many users who are located in different places. I would like to ask anyone to recommend to us tools that we can use to facilitate help desk and user support unit to support all users remotely. In most of our station we do not have network access for we are using optic fiber to connect to them. So, I need tools that can help us to manage and support all computer with less possible movement.
