Yep. Basic up/down monitoring of tunnels with email alerts using MRTG (you can use PRTG with limited sensors if you want a windows platform).

Sorry, I will clarify it. As with the move to public cloud - the l2l vpn tunnel growth at my work place is getting high. I would like to know
what type of software are available to view up and downs and alerts?
