Sec Plus question

Hi all, passed the Sec+ easily in 2009 or somewhere around that. Now I have to get a CE Sec+ (They no longer convert lifetime to CE, guess they realized they were losing out on some cash...). I'm looking at the objectives, they look pretty basic. Can anyone provide guidance as to their opinion of the new exams as compared to the old ones? Thanks.

I just took the SY0-301 Tuesday and I did self study with the use of Darril Gibson's book in about 2 weeks and passed with an 836. Although I cant compare the exam to the old one it seemed pretty straight forward to me.
