in CCNA & CCENT
Good morning.
My employer wants me to be a Cisco Voice guy and I was wondering what path to take.
From my understanding:
CCENT: 640-822 (ICND1)
CCNA: 640-802 (CCNA) -OR- 640-822 (ICND1) AND 640-816 (ICND2)
CCNA Voice: 640-461 (ICOMM)
My question is do I need (640-822) AND (640-822) in order to take the (640-461)?
Is my understanding below correct?..
So I would first be a CCENT by passing the 640-822.
Then I would be a CCNA by passing 640-816.
Then I would be a CCNA Voice by passing 640-461.
From there I can continue to CCNP is I wished.

Basically the shortest path would be CCENT 100-101 > CCNA Voice 640-461. You don't need the standard CCNA R&S anymore to achieve the CCNA Voice. I would suggest learning the material though if you are new to networking. An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made.
