CUCM Environment (work reference)

I'm using CUCM demo for my studies but this is a work-related reference question.

To create an environment to manage VOIP using CUCM, do you just get a bundle of "CISCO UC MGR 9.X ENH SGL USER - MFG. PART: LIC-CUCM-9X-ENH-A" and something else?

For small-office CME envionment, "Cisco IOS Unified Communications - Mfg Part #: L-SL-29-UC-K9=" along with other bundles?
