Need help with addressing

I'm messing around with a OSPF lab but I've kind of hit a road block. I can do the OSPF commands no problem, but I have always had issues with addressing.

The lab I'm attempting is below.

http://library.must.ac.ug/must/cisco/ccna3/course/files/9.3.1.4%20Packet%20Tracer%20-%20Skills%20Integration%20Challenge%20Instructions.pdf

I'm mainly looking for the IP addresses, subnet masks, and gateways for the blank spots in the table, and how I can come to the conclusion to actually generate those results. Subnetting and addressing is probably my weakest point so far.

Start with the addresses they did give you.
Do you understand why they have the specific subnet masks?
Can you determine the range of addresses the masks produce?
How does the address range relate to the number of hosts listed?

    Both E and F require 120 hosts.
What mask would allow 120 host while wasting as few addresses as possible?
List the addresses they have used and try to find the next logical block of addresses that would be available.
What mask would be required for 254 hosts? 126 hosts?

Please post your findings and I am sure many will help you correct mistakes.

Sometimes it takes a little extra time but figuring out what is listed will point you in the right direction. Good Luck
