Wireless Networks

Hey people,

was working on an assignment, doing a simulation of a wireless network on the simulation software. I want to read up more on the use of request to send(rts) and clear to send (cts) to be able to cater for this problem and also how more accesspoints can be uses in an office to distribute the traffic more evenly, and to improve throughout. Are there any reading resources I can access for this?
