Printer server - the computer that install the logical printer?
network printer - the printer that is share on the network and is configure by ip address?

I look at it like this:
Your server actually has "print ques" that feed jobs to the network printer (usually the IP of that printer).
You can have multiple ques going to the same IP (network printer) or you could have one spooled que distributing to more than one printer.
So, your network printer is the actually physical printer.Every man dies, not every man really lives.
