Microsoft's MCPID registration

Hi all,
I am trying to book for an exam and the testing centre that I am booking with requires a MCPID, I went on to the mcp website and tried to register there but I can't get an option to register, do you guys know how to register for this or have any info on how I can get registered? if so please can you send me a link.
