Does anybody have a 70-680 command list?

Hey Guy's!
I was wondering if anyone had a document written up or know of a good place to get a list of all the cmd commands that would be on the 70-680? I am newer at command line but know the basics. I know there is book out there for the command line in Windows 7 but it would be really cool to say have it all in like a txt file. I would mainly just like become more familiar with all the commands I need to know for the 70-680.
Also... Is cmd tested on heavily in the 70-680 or should I just know more the basic commands without memorizing extensive switches and such?
