Help trying to connect Windows 7 Machine to Windows Server 2008 Domain!!!

I'm having trouble trying to connect this Windows 7 Machine to a Windows Server 2008 Domain.

I set up an Active Directory Domain, named it accordingly.

I am using virtualbox, I'm trying to set up the machines so it simulates what I have at work


This pic here shows the network settings of Server...



This pic here shows the network settings of the Windows 7 machine....



So when I try to connect the machine to the domain I get this... (the last pic)


Not sure what's going on, if somebody could help me that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced!

Set the DNS address on the PC to the IP address of the server.
