Malwarebytes - New UI?

Seems they changed their UI (if you download a fresh copy) and I must say I am not fan. I needed to remove some malware that my Dad got and when I downloaded Malwarebytes I thought for sure it was more malware. It did work without issue and I was able to get rid of the malware, but this new UI seemed very ransomware like.
