XYZ Company via Recruiting Company (contract)
Now if you have gone through like... 6 of them I have to just ask why are you not getting longer contracts? (That will be brought up) -

Here in the UK when people are on contracts, they are likely going through an umbrella company (which means they are full time employed by one employer really) or Sole Trade or running their own Ltd. company (Limited Company or in some cases LLC I think it is in the US).
Here having long contracts is actually a bad thing Especially from tax point of view. There is a tax "trap" here called IR35. So if your contract goes too long, the tax office might assume you are technically employee rather than self employed (corporate tax / dividends rather than expensive employment ta etc.).. So people have to be careful here to make sure the contracts are either short or the contract itself specifies projects etc. , rather than working in BAU with benefits (even using the company gym could fire up the tax office and hit you hard). My own knowledge base made public: http://open902.com
