I am currently in the works of polishing my resume as I may be looking elsewhere soon for employment. Please offer any suggestions where you all think I may be able to improve my overall resume.

A recruiter told me this several years ago. Try to incorporate more action verbs into a resume.

Exam - you were able to fix 85 % of network issues but the reader doesn't fully realize the benefit. That you didn't have to incorporate additional team members or vendor support. Even if you don't know the exact percentages or dollar amounts take an educated guess. If you get asked, there was no formal metrics and this is an educated guess. You can then led into an example.


Responsible for resolving 85% of all network issues that impact the firm.

Increased firms up time and productivity by 10 %, while resolving 85% of network issues.
